I am a fully qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a first class honours degree in Speech Pathology and Therapy. I am a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice and the Health and Care Professions Council.
As a mother of two young children I have developed Let’s Talk Speech to reflect what I would look for as a parent and to provide a flexible, personal and professional Speech and Language Therapy service that fits into your family life.
Alongside Let’s Talk Speech, I continue to work in the NHS as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist. In this role, I have developed specialist knowledge and experience supporting children with specific speech and language disorders and children with complex needs.
I currently work in a language base with primary school-aged children with severe and complex speech sound and language disorders. I also work in the community supporting preschool-aged children (0-5 years) with a range of complex language and communication needs, and feeding and swallowing difficulties.
I am extremely passionate about my work as a Speech and Language Therapist. My aim is to empower and enable children to be the best communicators that they can be.
